Balneological Center “Termy”, Krasnodar Krai

The thermal spring of hot mineral waters, on the basis of which the sanatorium-preventorium and the balneological center “Termy” are located, has been pleasing visitors with its healing procedures since 1983. The healing spring is located at the foot of the Caucasus Mountains (Krasnodar Territory, Belorechensky District, Kubansky Farm) and is a natural monument. In 2016, the complex underwent restoration work, restoration of infrastructure, expansion of the building.

The depth of the well from which the hot springs flow is 4505m. The waters coming to the surface from such a depth have a lot of healing properties. People come to the balneological center to get rid of fatigue, stress, diseases of the nervous system, insomnia.

Due to the high concentration of salts in the water, it is difficult to stay submerged. The source has a specific smell. It is recommended to stay in the pool no more than 15-20 minutes per session, due to the powerful healing effects of water.
