Thermal springs “Geduko”

The sports and recreation complex “Geduko” is located near Elbrus, in the Baksan region of the Kabardino-Balkarian republic. It is known for its unique thermal springs. In addition, guests have access to water attractions, sports grounds, as well as places for recreation.

On the territory there are separate courtyards with a pool and barbecue, small separate cabins with a pool, as well as a cafe.

There is a separate entertainment area especially for children. More than 20 qualified staff of the complex ensure a comfortable and safe stay for guests.

The Geduko complex believes that its thermal waters have anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties that increase the blood supply to organs and tissues. Also, according to “Geduko”, this type of water is recommended for external use in diseases of the musculoskeletal system, diseases of the nervous system, gynecological and skin diseases, vascular diseases.
